Since this will be the last incarnation of the Expedit (well, I could see it becoming garage storage shelves before heading to the skip) I glued and screwed — or glued the pegs and edges of the inner shelves then added the bolts back in before adding four three and a half inch wood screws to the ends with the MDF.

I don’t suppose these sorts of shelves are meant to be taken apart constantly. Once turned ninety degrees it may find itself wanting some brackets of some sort to keep it as perfectly square as it is now.

A perfect pitch, so to speak.
